No, all setup and onboarding is included in the subscription fees.
Subscription agreements are renewed on an annual basis unless you notify us within 60 days of term end.
Yes, we offer three terms where discounts apply: 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year. We also offer quantity discounts over 250 and 500 units.
No, it's included in the subscription pricing. You have access to our customer success team in your timezone through your preferred channel (email, phone, text, online chat).
Our subscription pricing includes everything you need. There are a few small extra fees for shipping & handling, handheld charging stations, and handheld carrying cases. All onboarding and customer success is included.
We work with several 3rd party financing partners. You will work directly with them after signing the FAIRWAYiQ subscription agreement. There is a one-page application and approval is usually within 24 hours. Once your subscription begins, they're only involvement is collecting your monthly payments. FAIRWAYiQ supports every other aspect of the relationship.
Customers are invoiced annually in advance, and the invoice is due upon receipt. We also offer financing through our 3rd Party financing partner allowing customers to pay monthly.
Yes, we require you to pay $500 for a test unit, which will be credited to your account if you move forward with a subscription. You can also return the unit in good working condition to receive a refund.
If you choose to rent the units from us, we replace them at no cost throughout the subscription term. If you choose to purchase the units, there is a 1-year manufacturers warranty. We have had units in use as long as 5 years and not many failures.
We offer two options: (1) we rent the units to you for use during the subscription term (2) you purchase the units.
We offer 1-year, 3-year and 5-year pricing plans. Most customers choose a 3-year plan.
Our pricing model is based on a per unit basis, which includes carts, caddies, walkers, and maintenance equipment units. Each unit is billed at a flat annual rate, determined by the type of equipment being monitored. Our pricing includes all software and does not place any restrictions on the number of users who can access it. Furthermore, we retain historical data on a rotational basis for a period of two years.
